    The key role of the HR Coordinator is to assist with all areas of human resources including: recruitment, training and development, benefits and compensation, the onboarding/offboarding process, and many other ad-hoc duties.


    • Assist the Director of Talent Acquisition with the recruiting process: source resumes, select qualified candidates, phone screening, interview coordination, and generating offer letters.
    • Keep employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion and communicating those changes to necessary parties
    • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
    • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
    • Ensures compliance with COBRA guidelines by preparing letters and other paperwork as directed; receives and records COBRA insurance premium payments.
    • Work with Accounts Payable to process vendor invoices.
    • Support the HR team on compliance and data integrity projects.
    • Draft professional correspondence and documents.
    • Assist with the planning of employee events.
    • Make any updates required to the organization charts.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of training programs.
    • Manage the HR Calendar and schedules.
    • Other duties assigned.

    • Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field and 1 year of experience (4 years of HR support experience in the absence of a degree).
    • SHRM certifications a plus
